- Per theatre policy, Dancers and coaches must enter through the BACKSTAGE door in order to check in.
- All parents, families, and observers MUST enter through the FRONT entrance.
- All parents, families, and observers will need a ticket to enter though the front entrance.

- No food or drink will be permitted through the front entrance. All entering and their belongings are subject to security search.
- Per theatre policy, tickets are valid for 1 entrance only. If the ticket holder leaves the venue, a new ticket will be needed for re-entry.

At every Semi-Final competition, outstanding dancers are awarded scholarships to summer intensive programs & special awards. Those dancers adjudicated in the competitive level with High Gold or UBC Platinum automatically qualify for the UBC Grand Prix Finals. It is our goal to create opportunities for all dancers in both intermediate and competitive levels with every semi-final event.
